Why a public roadmap
Customers stop asking 'when?' once they can see it. Voting tells you what people actually want before you build it. Shipping in public also makes for a great changelog — every 'shipped' card is a marketing post waiting to happen.
Add roadmap items

Open the Roadmap page (admin only).

Click 'New item' and write a clear title and short description.

Pick a status (Idea / Planned / In progress / Shipped) and a target quarter (e.g. 2026 Q3).

Toggle 'Public' to make it visible. Items not marked public are admin-only.
Voting
Signed-in users can vote once per item. The vote count drives natural sort order so the most-wanted ideas float to the top. Combine it with category tags (Mobile, AI, Integrations) for filtering.
Link roadmap items to real tasks by setting 'linked task id' — when the task moves to Done, you can flip the roadmap item to Shipped in one click.
