What to put in Resources

Anything that's reference material — not active work — belongs in Resources.

  1. 1

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  2. 2

Brand kits, logos, and press kits

  3. 3

    Templates: proposals, contracts, briefs

  4. 4

    Onboarding and training material

  5. 5

    Policies and guidelines

Tip

If you find yourself emailing the same doc to teammates more than twice, put it in Resources instead.

Create a resource

  1. 1

    Open Resources from the sidebar.

  2. 2

    Click 'New resource'.

  3. 3

Pick a category (SOP, Brand, Policy, Template, Training, Other).

  4. 4

Add content directly using the rich text editor, attach a file, or link to an external doc (Notion, Google Doc, etc.).

Sharing

Each resource has three sharing options:

  1. 1

Private — only you (and admins) can see it.

  2. 2

Shared with everyone — the whole workspace.

  3. 3

Shared with specific people — pick teammates by email.

  4. 4

Public link — share with people outside your workspace, no login required.

Pinning and search

Pin frequently used resources to keep them at the top. The search bar searches titles, categories, and content — so a quick 'brand colors' search finds your brand kit instantly.

Public sharing

Enable public sharing on a resource to get a /r/[token] URL. Anyone with the link can view, no account required. Great for sending press kits to journalists or templates to clients.

Tip

You can disable the public link at any time — the URL stops working immediately.
