Sync ProTasks tasks with Google Calendar
Two-way sync between ProTasks and Google Calendar means tasks with due dates appear as events in Google, and your Google events show up alongside your tasks. Never miss a deadline because it lived in the wrong app.

Connect Google Calendar

Open Calendar Sync from the sidebar (under Settings).

Click 'Connect Google Calendar' and approve the requested permissions.

Pick which calendar you want ProTasks events written to.
We only ask for calendar scopes — no email or contacts access required.
What syncs to Google
Any task with a due date becomes a Google Calendar event. If you set a due time, the event uses that time; otherwise it appears as an all-day event. Edit the title or due date in ProTasks and the Google event updates automatically.
What you'll see from Google in ProTasks
Your Google events appear in ProTasks Calendar view as read-only pills next to your tasks — so you can plan around real meetings, not just deadlines.
Disconnecting
Go back to Calendar Sync and click Disconnect. Existing events stay in Google, but new task changes stop syncing.
