The AI Assistant is a conversational chat that knows your boards and tasks. Ask it what's on your plate, get it to create or reschedule tasks, summarize a board, or talk to it hands-free with voice.

Where to find it
Open the AI Assistant from the sidebar. The page opens with a quick snapshot of your tasks, your active boards, and a full chat panel at the bottom titled 'Chat with your assistant'.
What you can ask
The assistant has context on the tasks assigned to you and the boards you can access. Try prompts like:

"What should I focus on today?"

"Create a task to review the homepage copy, due Friday, high priority."

"Move everything overdue on the Marketing board to next week."

"Summarize what's left on the Q3 Launch board."
The more specific you are, the better. Mention the board name, due date, and priority and the assistant can act in one shot.
It takes action, not just talk
When the assistant creates, updates, or reschedules tasks, you'll see action chips confirming exactly what it did. Click any task it touches to open it in the full task dialog and fine-tune from there.
Talk to it with voice
Toggle the 'Voice' button at the top of the chat panel to switch into hands-free mode. The assistant can listen to a spoken prompt and read its reply back to you — handy while you're planning your day away from the keyboard.

Quick-start prompts
Not sure where to begin? The 'Get started' cards and the hero prompt at the top of the page drop ready-made questions straight into the chat so you can see what the assistant can do.
Plan availability
The AI Assistant is part of the AI feature set and is available on the Pro plan and above. If you're on the free Starter plan you'll see an upgrade prompt when you open it.
AI is a drafting partner — always give its output a quick review before it reaches a client.
