Public forms: turn submissions into tasks
Forms give you a public link you can drop anywhere — your site, an email, a Slack message. Submissions land directly as tasks on the board you choose, ready to triage.

When to use a form
Anywhere you need structured intake: bug reports, design requests, client briefs, lead capture, podcast pitches, recruiting applications. Each form has its own URL and lives forever.
Build your first form
- 1
Go to Forms in the sidebar and click 'New form'.
- 2
Add fields (text, long text, email, dropdown, file upload, etc.) and arrange them in order.
- 3
In settings, pick the target board and column where submissions will become tasks.
- 4
Optionally set a default priority and labels.
- 5
Save, then copy the public link to share anywhere.
What clients see
A clean, branded form page — no ProTasks login required. After submitting, they get a confirmation message you can customize.
Embed the form link in your website, signature, or onboarding email — anything sent through it lands in your workflow automatically.
Managing submissions
Every submission becomes a real task with the form answers stored on it. Triage from the board exactly like any other work, set assignee and due date, and reply to the submitter from the task detail.
