Focus mode, daily review and the focus note
ProTasks isn't just a board tool — it has a built-in daily rhythm to help you actually do the work: a focus note for your top intention, a pomodoro-style timer, and an end-of-day review.

The focus note
On the My Schedule page you'll see a yellow Focus Note card. Pin your top priority for the day there — it stays visible across the dashboard and auto-saves as you type. One per user, no setup.
Run a focus session
- 1
Click the Focus Timer widget (top right of My Schedule).
- 2
Pick a duration — 25 min default, customizable.
- 3
Optionally pick a task to focus on. The timer logs the session against it.
- 4
Hit Start. When done, your stats update automatically.
Sessions you complete feed your weekly Focus Stats card so you can see when in the day you actually do deep work.
End-of-day review
Around 5pm you'll see a 'Daily Review' prompt. Answer three quick questions: what went well, what got in the way, and tomorrow's #1 priority. ProTasks tracks how many tasks you completed vs carried over, and your mood. Over time this becomes a quiet but powerful retrospective tool.
Weekly insights
Every Sunday the Weekly Insights card surfaces patterns from your week: most productive day, focus time logged, completion rate, top blockers. Use it to plan a better week ahead.
